How to Get a Ipsy Refund If You Were Already Charged
Ipsy does not offer refunds for bags that have already been billed. If you miss the 25th-of-the-month deadline, you cannot get a refund for that upcoming bag.
If a product arrives damaged or missing, you should contact Ipsy Support (or use their Glam Bot) for a replacement or account credit.
