How to Cancel Ipsy

Ipsy does not offer refunds for bags that have already been billed. If you miss the 25th-of-the-month deadline, you cannot get a refund for that upcoming bag.

If a product arrives damaged or missing, you should contact Ipsy Support (or use their Glam Bot) for a replacement or account credit.

Once fully cancelled, your subscription will not renew. If you cancelled before the 25th, you will not receive the upcoming month's bag.

Your Ipsy account remains active, so you can still log in and shop their e-commerce store or reactivate your subscription later.

Allure Beauty Box offers a mix of full-size and deluxe sample beauty products for a slightly higher price point.

Birchbox is another popular monthly sample box that focuses heavily on skincare and haircare.

• The 25th Deadline. This is very important: you must cancel or skip a month by 11:59 PM PT on the 25th of the month. If you cancel on the 26th or later, you will still be charged for and receive next month's bag.
• Multiple Subscriptions. If you subscribe to both the standard Glam Bag and BoxyCharm (formerly Glam Bag Plus), you must cancel each one individually in your Account settings.
• You can skip a month. If you are just trying to save money this month, you can choose "Skip a Month" in your membership settings instead of fully cancelling.
