How to Cancel FabFitFun

FabFitFun does not offer refunds for boxes that have already been billed or shipped.

If you purchased an Annual subscription and decide you don't want the remaining boxes, FabFitFun will not issue a prorated refund. You are locked in for the 4 boxes you prepaid for.

After cancelling, your subscription will not renew. If you are a seasonal member, you will receive no further boxes.

If you are an Annual member, you will still receive the rest of the boxes in your 4-box prepaid cycle, but your account will not renew for another year after that.

Your account remains active, so you can log back in and reactivate your subscription at any time.

Allure Beauty Box ($25/mo) is a popular, cheaper alternative that focuses exclusively on makeup and skincare rather than lifestyle items.

IPSY ($14-$30/mo) offers personalized glam bags and boxes with a mix of sample and full-size beauty products.

• Cancel before billing day. You must cancel before your next seasonal billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box. Billing typically happens a month before boxes ship (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter).
• No App Cancellation. FabFitFun does not allow you to cancel your subscription through their mobile app. You must use a mobile or desktop web browser.
• Annual Subscriptions are prepaid. If you have an Annual subscription, you prepaid for 4 boxes. Cancelling stops the subscription from renewing next year, but you will still receive any remaining boxes you already paid for. You will not get a prorated refund.
• Decline the offers. During the cancellation flow, FabFitFun will present several offers to try and keep you (e.g., "$10 off your next box"). You must carefully click "No thanks" on all of them to successfully cancel.
