How to Cancel MasterClass

MasterClass offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time purchases made on their website. To request this refund, email support@masterclass.com.

Standard annual renewal charges are generally non-refundable. However, if you are unexpectedly charged for a renewal, it is worth emailing support immediately to ask for a courtesy refund.

(Note: App store purchases must be refunded by Apple or Google).

Once cancelled, your subscription will not auto-renew for another year.

You will retain full access to all MasterClass videos and materials until the end of your current paid annual billing period.

• Where did you buy it? If you bought MasterClass through an app (Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon, Roku), you cannot cancel it on the MasterClass website. You must manage it through that specific platform's subscription settings.
