However, if you accidentally purchased an annual plan instead of monthly, or if you are extremely dissatisfied, you can request a refund by clicking the "Get Help" or chat icon in the claude.ai settings menu and submitting a Refund Request. Support agents sometimes grant one-time exceptions.
