Factor does not offer refunds for boxes that have already shipped or processed past the Wednesday 11:59 PM PT deadline.
If there is a severe issue with a delivery (e.g., spoiled food, missing box), contact Factor support immediately via chat or phone. They will typically offer an account credit, but you can push for a refund to your card if you have already deactivated your plan.
