How to Cancel Grubhub+

Grubhub generally does not provide refunds for partial months or unused memberships. If you forget to cancel before your renewal date, you are typically charged for the full month.

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., you cancelled but were billed anyway), contact Grubhub customer support through the app's Help section.

Once cancelled, your membership benefits (like $0 delivery fees) will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

You will not receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the month.

DashPass by DoorDash is the main competitor, offering similar $0 delivery fees and reduced service fees for a similar monthly price.

Uber One covers both food delivery (Uber Eats) and rideshare discounts under one membership.

• Are you paying for it? Many Amazon Prime members get Grubhub+ for free. If your Amazon account is linked, you might not actually be paying the $9.99/month fee. Check your credit card statement before cancelling.
• Linked to Amazon Prime? If you get Grubhub+ through Amazon Prime and want to cancel the link, you cannot do this in the Grubhub app. You must go to your Amazon account settings, search for Grubhub, and unlink the accounts.
• App Store Billing. If you signed up through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you will need to cancel in your phone's subscription settings, not in the Grubhub app.
