How to Cancel Uber One

Uber One subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

However, if you cancel within 24 hours of a renewal charge, Uber often issues an automatic refund for that charge. If you don't receive one and believe you should, you can contact Uber Support directly through the "Help" section in the app.

Once cancelled, you will retain your $0 delivery fees and ride discounts until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

You will not receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the month.

DashPass by DoorDash is the main competitor for food delivery, offering $0 delivery fees for a similar monthly price, but it does not include a rideshare component.

Lyft Pink is Lyft's membership program that provides rideshare discounts and priority pickups.

• Cancel 48 Hours Early. Uber recommends cancelling at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to guarantee you won't be charged for the upcoming month.
• It applies to both apps. Uber One covers both rides (Uber) and food delivery (Uber Eats). Cancelling it in one app will cancel the benefits for both.
