How to Cancel Your Peacock Subscription (Plus or Premium)

Peacock's official terms state that all subscription fees are non-refundable, and they do not issue prorated refunds for partial months when you cancel.

If you believe you were charged in error or had an unauthorized charge, go to help.peacocktv.com and click the chat icon to connect with support. If you request a refund within 24 to 48 hours of the charge and have not streamed any content since the renewal, customer support is often willing to issue a one-time refund.

Do not file a credit card chargeback unless you have failed to resolve the issue with Peacock support. Charging back will cause Peacock to permanently ban your email address, billing address, and credit card from all NBCUniversal platforms.

Your Peacock Premium or Premium Plus features will remain fully active until the end of your current billing period. For example, if your renewal date is the 15th and you cancel on the 10th, you can continue streaming everything until the 15th, at which point your billing stops.

Once your billing period ends, your account reverts to a free, inactive status. Peacock keeps your profiles, watchlist, and viewing history saved in case you decide to resubscribe in the future.

• Identify your billing provider. If you subscribed in the Peacock mobile app, you are billed by Apple or Google Play. If you got Peacock via Xfinity, Cox, Roku, or Amazon Prime, you must cancel through that specific provider's portal.
• Switch plans instead of leaving. If you are on the $16.99/mo Premium Plus plan and want to spend less, you can downgrade to the $10.99/mo Premium plan or the $7.99/mo Select plan under the Plans & Payments tab.
• Walmart+ bundles. If you receive Peacock Premium as a perk of your Walmart+ membership, you do not have a separate Peacock bill. Cancelling Walmart+ will automatically terminate your Peacock access.
• No pause option. Peacock does not currently support pausing your subscription. To take a break, you must cancel your plan and manually resubscribe when you want to return.
• No prorated refunds. Peacock does not issue partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
