How to Get a Refund From Apple TV+ If You Were Already Charged
Apple does not automatically issue refunds when you cancel mid-cycle — access simply continues to the billing period end.
To request a refund for a charge you didn't want, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Apple TV+ charge, and click Report a Problem → Request a refund. Apple is generally responsive to first-time accidental renewal requests, especially if the refund is submitted within a few days of the charge.
If the request is denied through the website, you can contact Apple Support directly at apple.com/support and explain the situation. For a genuinely accidental charge, a chat or phone agent can often approve a refund that the automated system rejected.
Charged for something you forgot?
Renew Reminder warns you up to 14 days before your next renewal — so you never have to chase a refund again.
