Snapchat's official policy is that all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable.
If you are in the EU or UK, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase under local consumer protection laws.
If you were charged through Apple or Google, you must request any refund through them:
• Apple: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google: Go to play.google.com/store/account → Order History → Request a refund.
