How to Cancel Your Amazon Music Unlimited Subscription

Amazon's official policy for subscription cancellations is that they stop future renewals, and they do not issue prorated or partial refunds for unused days.

If you were billed for an accidental renewal, go to Amazon's Customer Service contact page (amazon.com/contact-us), start a live chat, and explain that the renewal was unintentional. If you contact support within 24 to 48 hours of the charge and have not streamed any music since the renewal, support will usually issue a full refund as a courtesy.

Your Amazon Music Unlimited benefits will remain fully active until the end of your current billing period. Once that date is reached, your account will automatically revert to the free, ad-supported Amazon Music plan (or the limited Amazon Music Prime catalog if you are a Prime member), and you will not be billed again.

Your playlists, custom stations, library, and listening history are preserved on your Amazon account. If you decide to resubscribe in the future, you will immediately regain access to your music library.
