How to Get a Pandora Refund If You Were Already Charged
Pandora's official policy states that all subscription payments are non-refundable, and they do not issue partial or prorated refunds for cancellation.
If you were charged for an accidental renewal, you can request a refund by submitting a support ticket. Go to help.pandora.com and click Contact Support to start a live chat or submit an email request. If you explain that the renewal was unintentional, contact them within 48 hours of the charge, and have not streamed any music since the renewal, support will often approve a one-time refund as a courtesy.
Avoid initiating a chargeback through your credit card company or bank. A chargeback will result in Pandora permanently suspending your account, removing all your custom stations and playlist data, and banning your payment details.

Renew Reminder warns you up to 14 days before your next renewal — so you never have to chase a refund again.
