How to Get a Apple One Refund If You Were Already Charged
Apple does not automatically issue refunds for unused days when you cancel Apple One. Access continues until the billing period ends.
To request a refund for a charge you didn't intend — for example, if your Apple One renewed after you forgot to cancel — go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Apple One charge, and click Report a Problem → I didn't mean to subscribe (or similar). Apple typically grants one courtesy refund per subscription per Apple ID, especially when requested within a few days of the charge.
If the website request is declined, contact Apple Support directly at apple.com/support. A chat or phone agent can often approve what the automated system rejected. Have your Apple ID and billing date ready.
