How to Cancel Barry's Bootcamp

Class packages and memberships are generally non-refundable.

If you purchase a class package, it will typically expire one year from the date of purchase. You cannot get a refund for unused classes. If you have a medical issue or are moving, contact your studio with documentation to ask for a freeze or exception.

Once your cancellation is confirmed and the 30-day notice period has passed, you will no longer be billed.

You can continue to use your membership benefits and book classes until the end of your final paid billing cycle.

Orangetheory Fitness offers a similar high-intensity group workout environment, combining treadmills and floor work, often with more flexible class times.

F45 Training focuses heavily on high-intensity circuit training without the treadmill component.

• 30 Days' Notice. Barry's typically requires 30 days' written notice to cancel a monthly membership. This means you may be charged for one final month of membership after you submit your cancellation request.
• Class Packages vs Memberships. If you buy a Class Package (e.g., a 10-class pack), it does not automatically renew. You do not need to "cancel" a class package; you simply stop buying them. Memberships, however, automatically renew monthly and must be cancelled.
• Studio variations. Because many Barry's studios are independently operated, policies can occasionally vary. The most reliable method is to contact your specific home studio directly.
• Class Cancellation Policy. This is separate from membership cancellation. To avoid losing a class credit or being charged a "no-show" fee (often ~$20), you must cancel a booked class at least 12 hours before it begins.
