How to Cancel F45 Training

F45 memberships are generally non-refundable.

If you are cancelling due to a severe injury or medical condition, some studios will waive the early termination fee or freeze your account if you provide a valid doctor's note. This is entirely at the discretion of the local studio manager.

Once your studio processes your cancellation and any required notice period is complete, you will no longer be billed.

You are entitled to continue attending classes until the end of your final paid billing cycle.

Barry's Bootcamp offers a similar high-intensity group environment, but incorporates treadmills into the workout.

Orangetheory Fitness combines rowing, treadmills, and floor work with heart-rate tracking.

CrossFit provides functional group fitness, focusing more on heavy lifting and gymnastics than F45's circuit-based cardio.

• Independently owned studios. F45 studios are franchises. There is no universal corporate cancellation policy. You must deal directly with the specific studio where you signed up.
• The Notice Period. Most F45 studios require written notice 14 to 30 days before your next billing cycle. This means you will likely be charged for one more cycle after you submit your cancellation request.
• Early Termination Fees. If you signed a fixed-term contract (e.g., a 6-month or 12-month commitment), you will likely be charged an early exit fee to cancel before the term ends. This can be a flat fee (e.g., $100) or a percentage of the remaining contract balance (e.g., 50%).
• Check your contract. Before cancelling, review the terms and conditions you signed when joining. It will explicitly list your notice period and any early exit fees.
