How to Cancel Ubisoft+

Ubisoft+ subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancelling stops the next charge but does not refund unused days.

For console-billed subscriptions, contact Xbox or PlayStation support for refund requests. For direct Ubisoft billing, contact Ubisoft support at support.ubisoft.com. Refunds for accidental renewals may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

After cancelling, your Ubisoft+ access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that:

• All Ubisoft+ library games become inaccessible (they are not uninstalled, but cannot be launched).
• DLC and expansions included with Premium become inaccessible unless purchased separately.
• Your game saves, Ubisoft Connect rewards, and account data are fully preserved.

You can resubscribe at any time through store.ubi.com or your console.

If you only play one or two Ubisoft games, purchasing them during sales is usually cheaper than maintaining a monthly subscription. Ubisoft regularly offers 50–75% off during Steam, Epic, and console store sales.

Xbox Game Pass ($9.99–$14.99/mo) includes some Ubisoft titles and a broader multi-publisher library. EA Play ($5.99/mo) is a comparable publisher-specific game subscription from EA.

• Console subscribers: if you subscribed to Ubisoft+ through the Xbox Store or PlayStation Store, you must cancel through that console's subscription management. The Ubisoft Store website cannot cancel console-billed subscriptions.
• Game saves are preserved. Cancelling Ubisoft+ removes access to the game library, but your save data, progression, and Ubisoft Connect achievements are saved to your account. If you resubscribe or buy a game individually, your progress is restored.
• Consider downgrading. If you have Ubisoft+ Premium ($17.99/mo) but do not need day-one access to new releases, switching to Classics ($7.99/mo) saves $10/mo while keeping access to 100+ older titles.
• No pause option. Ubisoft+ cannot be paused. Your only options are to keep your current plan, switch tiers, or cancel entirely.
