Every card, every account,
one honest total.

Personal cards, the joint account, the business Amex, the subscription a friend pays and you split — Renew Reminder keeps them apart where they should be apart and adds them up where they should be added, so the number you see is the number you actually pay.

Money leaves from more than one place.
Your tracker should know which.

A subscription list without accounts is a list of names. Add which card each one charges and you can see what a card cancellation would break, what the business is really paying, and which of the monthly totals is actually yours.

01

Every card, bank and wallet, by name and last four.

Add the things you pay with — a Visa ending 4242, the joint checking account, PayPal, cash — with the issuer's mark and the last four digits. Assign each subscription to one of them, and the question “which card is Netflix on?” has an answer instead of a hunt through statements.

  • Credit and debit cards, bank accounts, wallets, cash
  • Issuer and network logos, or a monogram when there is none
  • One tap to move a subscription to a different card
  • Last four digits only — never a full number
02

Connected and manual, side by side.

A bank you linked through Plaid and a card you typed in live in the same list and work the same way. Charges detected from the connected bank land on that account automatically; the ones you add by hand go where you put them. Nothing forces you to connect anything to get the picture.

03

Personal here, business there.

The company's SaaS stack and your streaming services should never be one number. Business is its own workspace with its own accounts, records, statements and reminders, and you switch between the two without signing out. Expense reports come from the business side alone.

  • Separate workspaces, one login
  • Business statements and exports stay business-only
  • Team plans for more than one person on the business side

04

Shared with people, counted as your share.

The family plan you pay for and split three ways, the flat's internet, the streaming service a friend covers and you pay back. Name the people on a record, set the split, and every total in the app shows your share — with what you fronted for others as a second line, never mixed in.

  • Named people on any record, with a share each
  • Totals are your share; fronted amounts shown separately
  • Invite someone by link so they see what they owe

Last four digits is the whole record

A payment account exists so you know where a charge comes from, not so we can charge it. There is no field for a full number, no CVV, no expiry — nothing that would matter if it leaked, because it is never collected.
