A subscription list without accounts is a list of names. Add which card each one charges and who shares it, and you can see what a lost card would break, who still owes you for this month, and which part of the total is really your own.
Cards and banks

Add every card, bank and wallet, by name and last four.
Add the things you pay with — a Chase card, the Bank of America account, PayPal, cash — with the issuer's mark and the last four digits. Pick one on each subscription, and “which card is Netflix on?” has an answer instead of a hunt through statements.

Linked and added by hand, in one wallet.
A bank you link through Plaid joins the same wallet as the cards you typed in, marked Synced, with its balance. Recurring charges from it are added to your list on their own. The link is read-only — Renew Reminder can never move money — and Remove connection ends it.
Last four digits is the whole record
A payment account exists so you know where a charge comes from, not so anything can charge it. There is no field for a full number, no CVV, no expiry — nothing that would matter if it leaked, because it is never collected.

Split a record with the people who share it and each share is worked out to the cent — the payer absorbs the rounding, so Spotify at $11.99 three ways is $4.01 for you and $3.99 each for Sam and Jordan. Nudge whoever's share is due, see who has settled with a screenshot of the transfer attached, and keep short notes on the record. Renew Reminder never moves money.

In the web app, a workspace is where a company tracks its vendor renewals together. Your personal subscriptions stay separate and private, and the switcher at the top of the sidebar moves you between Personal and the workspace without signing out.
