In Google Calendar, next to everything else.

Connect once and Renew Reminder writes each renewal into your Google Calendar as its own event — and keeps it right. Change the date or the price in the app and the event updates; cancel the subscription and the event goes. No duplicates, no stale entries, because each event is tracked back to the record it came from.

Apple Calendar, Outlook, anything: subscribe by link.

A private calendar feed, named Renew Reminder, that any calendar app can subscribe to — Apple Calendar on iPhone and Mac, Outlook, Fastmail, Thunderbird. It refreshes on the calendar's own schedule, and if the link ever gets out you regenerate it in one tap and the old one stops working.

How it behaves

Edit once, updated everywhere.

The record in Renew Reminder is the source. Change it there and the in-app calendar, Google and the ICS feed all follow.

Warnings ahead of the day.

Turn on advance-warning events and pick the lead — a second event a week or a month before, so the calendar nudges you while there is still time to cancel.

Your calendar stays yours.

Sync writes Renew Reminder's events and touches nothing else in your calendar. The ICS feed is read-only by nature — a calendar app can only read it.

How to connect a calendar

Google Calendar

    Open Settings → Calendar in the app or on the web.

    Tap Connect Google Calendar and sign in with the Google account whose calendar you want.

  3. 3

    Choose which events to sync — renewals, trial ends, advance warnings — and the warning lead.

  4. 4

    Tap Sync now. Events appear within a minute and stay updated from then on.

Apple Calendar, Outlook and others

iPhone

  1. 1

    In Renew Reminder, Settings → Calendar → copy the feed link.

  2. 2

    iPhone Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar.

    Paste the link and tap Next, then Save.

Outlook

  1. 1

    Outlook → Add calendar → Subscribe from web.

  2. 2

    Paste the feed link and give it a name.
