A clean record,
on the day you choose.

A statement of your recurring charges in your inbox — weekly, monthly, or on the date you pick — with the total due at the top and every line grouped under it. Or all of them at once, sent now, for whoever does the books.

Budgets fail on the charges
nobody wrote down.

The statement is the writing-down, done for you, on a schedule. Once a month it puts the whole list in front of you — and in front of anyone you forward it to — so the yearly renewal is never a discovery in the bank app.

01

On the day you choose, as often as you like.

Monthly on the 1st, so it lands with the pay slip. Weekly on Sunday night. Twice a month, every fortnight, or daily if you are watching a tight patch. The statement runs on your schedule, in your timezone, and stops the day you turn it off.

  • Daily, weekly, every two weeks, twice a month, monthly, or custom
  • Pick the weekday or the day of the month
  • Same send time as your email reminders
02

Total due this period, then every line under it.

The figure first — what this period costs — then the records grouped by category, one line each with amount and date, and a total at the foot. It reads like a bank statement written by someone on your side: nothing hidden in a footnote, nothing you have to add up yourself.

  • Total due this period at the top
  • Grouped by category, one line per record
  • Totals per currency, never silently converted
  • A plain-text version for screen readers and mail clients that want it
03

This period, or everything.

Two statements. The monthly one covers what is due in the period — the one to read for cash flow. The all-active one lists every recurring charge you track, whatever its date — the one to send when someone asks “what are all your subscriptions?” and you would rather not type the list.

Or send one now, for the accountant.

Do not wait for the schedule. Send the all-records statement to your inbox on demand and forward it to whoever does the books, a partner, or the future version of you who will want to know what this year cost. For a business workspace it covers the business side alone.

The details that matter

Your share, when it's shared.

A split subscription appears at your share, and what you fronted for others is totalled separately underneath — so the statement is what you owe, not what passed through your card.

Separate from reminders.

Reminders are one message per renewal, at the lead you set. The statement is the periodic overview. Run both, or either; each has its own switch.

Honest when it's empty.

A period with nothing due sends a statement that says so, rather than a blank table or nothing at all — so a silent month is a fact, not a delivery failure.
