Send yourself a PDF report that reads like a statement.
Your connected accounts at the top, then every subscription with its amount, cycle, next payment and a monthly total, then the transactions behind them — laid out with the same design as the statement email, a clean header and plain tables, page-numbered. It is the document you hand to an accountant or attach to an expense claim.

Export everything, or just the part you need.
Settings → Export data asks what to include: everything, only subscriptions and bills — what you are signed up to and what it costs — or only transactions, what has actually been charged. In the web app you can go narrower still and export a single subscription.
