Rates, if you know them
In the web app, give a deposit its annual rate and Renew Reminder works out what it pays back. Leave it blank and nothing is assumed.

Certificates, term deposits, a 401(k) contribution, the family committee — track what you put away next to your bills, see what matures next, and get a reminder before it does. None of it is ever counted as spending.
FreeOn every plan.
Deposits roll over at whatever rate is going that day, contributions run for years, and the one date that matters is easy to lose. Renew Reminder keeps your savings in view without mixing them into what you spend — and tells you before each date, while the choice is still yours.
Investments live on their own screen. At the top, Put away: the principal you have placed across your certificates and deposits — or, if you only contribute, what goes in every month. Below it, the one that matures next and how many days are left, then your investments in two groups: Maturing and Contributing.
One switch decides what an investment is. Matures on a date is a deposit or certificate placed once: a principal, a term and the day it matures. Left off, it is money that goes in every cycle — a 401(k), a monthly plan, a committee — with the amount each time and the next payment. Mark whether a deposit rolls over, so the record says what happens on the day.
For money that goes in regularly, At this rate adds up your contributions over one, three and five years. It is what goes in, not what it might become: no profit, growth or return is assumed. A deposit shows what it pays back only when you give it a rate or the payout from your paperwork.
“Investment maturing soon — Vanguard 12-month CD: $5,000.00 on Feb 2.” A deposit gets a reminder before its date and a contribution before each payment, at the same lead and hour as everything else, so a rollover you did not want is one you hear about in time.
Pick what you hold: a certificate of deposit, a Treasury bill or note, an I-Bond, a 401(k) or IRA contribution, a brokerage auto-invest, a savings transfer — and national savings certificates, term deposits, prize bonds, committees, gold committees and pension funds. The list puts your own currency's options first, and each one already knows whether it matures or goes in regularly.
Investments stay out of your monthly spend, the yearly projection, recurring totals, budgets and widgets. On the dashboard, what you put away is shown beside what you spend — never added to it.

Enter the payout printed on your certificate and it is used as is — it always beats the calculated figure.
Paid in installments counts a committee or gold scheme down turn by turn — with the turn you collect on and what you collect — and closes it after the last one.
Maturity dates and contribution days sit on the renewal calendar and in the calendar feed with everything else.
A maturity is money arriving, not a charge, so investments are never flagged in the red that a bill about to fall due gets.
Investments are free on every plan. The feature is marked Beta in the app and the web app while it grows.
Its principal, its term and the day it matures. Renew Reminder will tell you before that day comes — and leave it out of what you spend.
