Can't sign in
Reset a password, recover an account, and find the address you signed up with.
- 1On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password.
- 2Enter the email address on your account.
- 3Open the reset link we send. It expires, so use the most recent one if you requested several.
- 4Set a new password and sign in.
No reset email
- Check spam and junk. See Reminder emails going to spam.
- Confirm the spelling of the address — a typo at signup means the account exists under an address you cannot read mail at.
- Try any other address you might have used. Work and personal addresses get mixed up constantly.
If you cannot get into the account at all, email support@renewreminder.com with the addresses you might have used and roughly when you signed up.
