Install Renew Reminder on your phone or tablet
Where to download it, which devices are supported, and how push notifications get switched on.
Renew Reminder runs on iPhone, iPad, Android phones, and Android tablets. Your data is tied to your account, so anything you add on one device is there on the others as soon as you sign in.
- iPhone and iPad — download on the App Store.
- Android phone and tablet — download on Google Play.
Turn on push notifications
Push reminders only work if the operating system allows them. The app asks once, during setup. If you said no — or tapped past it — you can switch them back on in your device settings under Notifications → Renew Reminder, then re-open the app so it can register.
Push is one of three channels and it is not the safety net. Email and text messages work even when your phone is off, out of storage, or replaced — keep at least one of them on.
