Reminder emails going to spam

Get Renew Reminder into the inbox and keep it there.

  1. 1Find the most recent Renew Reminder email in Spam or Junk and mark it Not spam.
  2. 2Add our sending address to your contacts. Most providers stop filtering a contact immediately.
  3. 3In Gmail, drag the message from Promotions to Primary and accept the prompt to do it for future messages.
  4. 4If your provider supports filters, create one for our sending domain that always keeps it in the inbox.

On a work address

Corporate mail systems quarantine before you ever see the message, so nothing arrives in your spam folder either. Either ask IT to allow the sender, or point reminders at a personal address instead — see Change where reminders are sent.

If email keeps getting filtered, add text message reminders as a backup. They do not pass through a spam filter.
