Add your first subscription
Three fields decide whether your reminders are useful: price, billing cycle, and next renewal date.
- 1Open Add subscription.
- 2Pick the service. Common services come with their logo and typical billing cycle already filled in; anything else you can name yourself.
- 3Enter what you pay — your actual price, including any promo rate or family-plan split, not the list price.
- 4Set the billing cycle: weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or a custom interval.
- 5Set the next renewal date. This is the one field worth checking twice — every reminder is counted backwards from it.
- 6Save. The subscription appears on your dashboard and on the renewal calendar.
Where to find the renewal date
If you are not sure, the fastest sources are the service's own billing page, the last receipt email, or your card statement. For a monthly plan, the renewal date is almost always the same day of the month you first signed up.
Add your most expensive subscription first, not the easiest one. The reminder that saves you money is the one attached to the big annual charge you forgot about.
