Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan
Change your Renew Reminder billing — and cancel it in the same place you bought it.
Cancel your plan wherever you bought it. A plan purchased inside the iPhone or Android app is billed by Apple or Google, and only they can cancel it — we cannot do it from our side.
Bought on the web
- 1Open your account's billing settings.
- 2Choose Manage plan.
- 3Switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel.
- 4Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Bought in the iPhone or iPad app
- 1Open Settings on your device.
- 2Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- 3Select Renew Reminder, then Cancel Subscription.
Bought in the Android app
- 1Open the Google Play Store.
- 2Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- 3Select Renew Reminder, then Cancel subscription.
Cancelling your plan does not delete your account or your data — see Delete your account if that is what you want. Refund questions go to support@renewreminder.com; store purchases are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies.
