Edit, pause, or delete a subscription
Update a price after a hike, correct a date, or remove a service you have actually cancelled.
- 1Open the subscription from your dashboard or the renewal calendar.
- 2Tap Edit.
- 3Change what you need — price, billing cycle, renewal date, category, or payment method.
- 4Save. Reminders recalculate from the new renewal date immediately.
After a price increase
Update the price rather than deleting and re-adding the record. Editing keeps the subscription's history intact, so your spend totals and reports still show what you were paying before the increase.
When you actually cancel the service
Delete the record only once the cancellation is confirmed by the provider and the final billing period has ended. Deleting it in Renew Reminder cancels nothing — it just stops the reminders, which is exactly the wrong outcome if the provider bills you one more time.
Deleting a subscription removes its history from your reports and cannot be undone.
